The additional
extra bed charge is Rp. 100.000/bed, per night.
For long weekend Extra bed charge is Rp. 150.000/bed, per
night

information of total occupancy to the reception during reservation.
if total occupancy is more than the maximum limit during arrival, the Guest must reserve other Villa
Payment and
cancellation policy - in order to confirm the reservation, the guest is kindly to transfer the 50% down payment,
2 days before check in the guest is kindly to transfer the full payment. In case of cancellation all of the
payment is cannot be refunded.
Facility: hot
water, TV, air conditioners, internet connection (Wi-Fi), refrigerator, and kitchen set (villa only).

drinking water.
All of Villas are
NO SMOKING area, simply leaving the smell of smoke inside villa after Check out, the Guest will be fined Rp.

14.00 and check out time 12.00.
You may NOT bring
the following in to our villa :
- Pets or Livestock.
- Pillows, bed sheet, duvets, or other items of bedding.
- Any electrical applicances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purpose.
